What we are building first

• An issues-and-evidence matrix built from a reviewed catalogue of legal tests, starting with termination of commercial contracts for breach under English law.
• Source-linked evidence: every factual proposition points to the exact passage in the record.
• A draft Redfern schedule generated from propositions that are not yet established.

What it is not

It does not predict awards and it does not replace counsel's judgement. Machine suggestions stay marked as suggestions until a lawyer confirms them.
